Maybe you have got your answer the hard way already, but, yes, it is a scam. I tried to buy a lenovo computer on ebay from the same seller. They never sent the computer and provided an untrackable tracking number. They also tried to convince me to pay for another laptop (i said i mistakenly chose the i5, instead of i7 version, and they said there was no need to do any cancelling process, and they would consider my second order, and would cancel the first one automatically. While i was figuring out, i chose to cancel the purchase anyway but ebay notified me the seller did not accept cancelation of the purchase). Anyway, they never sent the laptop, ebay stepped in, i got my refund, these guys closed their account, left a funny negative feedback for me. They accessed me on whatsApp insted of on ebay messaging for all the conversations. Now this account appears as deleted.account on ebay
