REEDLEY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – An accusation was filed against an Omni Family Health physician and surgeon after allegedly making inappropriate jokes to a pregnant patient and allowing a medical student to touch her without consent after doing so himself, the Medical Board of California said.
